The 11th Hour

Leonardo DiCaprio's documentary on the global environmental crisis shows us a planet at risk while also showing us exciting and radical solutions. Leading scientists and thinkers, such as Stephen Hawking and Mikhail Gorbachev, help the film deliver a hopeful message: our planet may be in crisis, but that doesn't mean it's too late change.

An Inconvenient Truth

In this Oscar-winning documentary, Al Gore lays out the facts of global warming without getting political. Gore makes a sobering impact on the audiences who hear his message, urging them to act "boldly, quickly and wisely" ... before it's too late.

A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash

Produced by award-winning filmmakers Basil Gelpke and Ray McCormack, this documentary examines the world's dependency on oil and the impending chaos that's sure to follow when the resource is depleted. Expert interviews help the film clarify the challenge we all face and underscores our urgent need for renewable energy.

Everything’s Cool

In this 2007 documentary, filmmakers Daniel B. Gold and Judith Helfand follow a group of self-proclaimed global warming "warriors" on a mission to make the world care about rising temperatures and melting polar ice caps. Taking a serious topic and applying humor that comes from living the human experience, the film gets across these seious environmental concerns in a highly entertaining manner.

Planet in Peril

CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, CNN's chief medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and Animal Planet host and wildlife biologist Jeff Corwin take viewers around the globe for a two-part documentary on the threats to the world's environment. Filmed in 13 countries, viewers see the stories behind the statistics, uncovering places where environmental change is not a theory or a future forecast but a crisis happening now.

Sacred Planet

This 45-minute film takes us on a journey to some of the most exotic and beautiful places on earth. See the last remaining old growth forests of British Columbia, the glaciers of Alaska, the red rock canyons of Utah and Arizona, the tropical jungles and underwater mysteries of Borneo, the ancient ruins of Thailand and the remote deserts of Namibia.

Who Killed the Electric Car

This documentary had its world premiere at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival to excellent reviews.  It tells the tragic story of how a solid technology was thwarted by big corporate interests.  Literally taken out of the hands of consumers, the electric car was destroyed before our very eyes.
